Following the latest recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and federal, state and local governments, and Habitat for Humanity International, Habitat for Humanity of Effingham County is temporarily closing the ReStore and Administrative Offices beginning October 19, 2020. We will notify the public of our re-opening date.

The ReSore will be closed to shoppers and donors. We are unable to conduct home pickups at this time. Please do not drop off donations to the ReStore when we are closed.

We have suspended all volunteer opportunities. The construction activity at our Guyton site is limited to contractor work. Check our volunteer registration site for updates on future opportunities.

The Habitat administrative offices are closed to the public. Administrative functions are currently being handled remotely. Our ability to respond to email, voice mail, and FaceBook messages will be limited during the closure. We will respond to messages as soon as possible. The best way to contact us during this time is via email.

We would like to thank our loyal customers, donors, and dedicated volunteers, and staff for their support and look forward to returning to full operation as soon as possible.
