Habitat uses quality, locally available building materials. Habitat’s home designs reflect the local climate and culture. The labor of volunteers and partner families, efficient building methods, modest house sizes and non-profit loans make it affordable for low-income families to purchase Habitat homes.

We’re having a special event at the ReStore on Saturday, October 24 to celebrate fall! 🍂
The Effingham County 4-H will decorate the store with seasonal displays and several local vendors will showcase their wares.
There will also be a pumpkin decorating contest where area businesses and residents can enter their creations.
Visit between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. to shop local and vote for your favorite pumpkin! 🎃
